This dessert is old school baby!
Straight from the files of the fabuliciouz CWA ladies, it’s light, it’s fluffy & it’s full of flavour to whack you in the gob!
Mini Me giggles deliciously as her Banana Snow “tingles” on her tongue. It’s so airy & delicate, you can be forgiven for thinking there’s nothing in your mouth at all for a minute, until the wonderful flavours hit you.
Grab a bowl & mash up 3 very ripe bananas before adding in the juice of half a lemon along with 2 tablespoons of caster sugar & 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam. Stir that really well to combine.
Next, whisk up 2 egg whites to a soft peak consistency then ever so gently fold it through the mix. Be gentle as the last thing you want to do now is lose all that air you just whisked up.
Flomp generous dollops into pretty serving glasses & bung in the fridge for half an hour to chill before devouring greedily!
