Avocado & Egg Boats

The creaminess of avocado gives way to the sensual caress of golden yolk on your tongue,

Quite simply a fabuliciouz way to start your day!

Grab yourself a nice, ripe Hass avocado & cut it in two. Remove the seed & use a spoon to hollow out the cavity so that an egg will fit neatly inside.

Next, gently place your scooped out avocado boats into a small baking dish, make sure they’re snug so they don’t topple over.

Crack an egg into the centre of each & then season with my kitchen trilogy of salt, white pepper & paprika before crowning it all off with a sprinkling of grated cheddar cheese. Everything is better with cheese!

Whack those babies into a 220c oven for 15 minutes (or until the egg white is set) &
